Privacy policy
Last updated: July 7, 2026
Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how RETIEB Labs (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Rylon platform and related services. This policy applies to board members, community managers, residents, and other users who access or interact with Rylon on behalf of a homeowners association or community organization.
Information we collect
We collect information necessary to provide and improve the Rylon service. This includes account information (name, email address, and role), community and property details, documents uploaded by your organization, communications sent through the platform, and usage data that helps us understand how the product is used.
We do not collect sensitive personal information beyond what your community chooses to store in the platform as part of normal operations.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to operate, maintain, and improve Rylon; to communicate with you about your account and service updates; to provide customer support; and to ensure the security and integrity of the platform. We may also use aggregated, de-identified data for product analytics and development.
Information sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as necessary to provide the service — for example, with trusted infrastructure providers who host our platform and deliver communications. All service providers are contractually bound to use your information solely for the purpose of providing services to us.
We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of RETIEB Labs, our users, or the public.
Data security
We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we collect and store. This includes encryption in transit, access controls, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights and choices
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, or delete certain data. Because Rylon is used by organizations on behalf of their communities, some requests may need to be directed to your community administrator.
Data retention
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the service and fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. When an account is closed, we delete or anonymize data in accordance with our retention schedule, subject to legal obligations.
Children’s privacy
Rylon is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us so we can delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of Rylon after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
