Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RETIEB Labs regarding your use of the Rylon platform and related services. By creating an account, accessing, or using Rylon, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you are using Rylon on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Description of service

Rylon is a community operating platform designed for homeowners associations, condominium associations, and similar community organizations. The service includes tools for governance, operations, document management, communication, and resident engagement. Features and availability may change as the product evolves.

User accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that present a security risk.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Rylon only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use the platform to distribute unlawful, harmful, or abusive content; to interfere with the operation of the service; to attempt unauthorized access to any part of the platform; or to violate the rights of others.

Intellectual property

RETIEB Labs retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Rylon platform, including all software, designs, trademarks, and content we create. You retain ownership of the data and content you upload to the platform. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process that content solely to provide and improve the service for your community.

Disclaimers

Rylon is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive to maintain reliable service, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times. RETIEB Labs does not provide legal, financial, or governance advice. Communities are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with applicable laws, regulations, and governing documents.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RETIEB Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Rylon. Our total liability for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred US dollars if no payment was made.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RETIEB Labs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of Rylon, your content, or your violation of these terms.

Termination

You may stop using Rylon and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform if you violate these terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data in accordance with our retention practices.

Governing law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

Changes to terms

We may modify these terms from time to time. We will post the updated terms on this page with a revised date. Material changes will be communicated to account holders. Your continued use of Rylon after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
